HOUSE RULES

Check-In/Check-Out: Our standard check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If there is availability and you wish to check in early or check out late (subject to Jaglax Homes’ discretion), an additional charge will apply. 

Visitor Policy: Visitors are not permitted at the property. However, with prior notice to management and the provision of their ID cards, up to two guests may be allowed between 8AM to 7PM. If visitors decide to stay overnight, it will be chargeable. Please note that the visitors will only be allowed to stay if the total number of guests living within the villa does not exceed 10 people. 

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas, except for balconies and outdoor lounge areas. Violation of this rule will lead to a fine of INR 10,000/- or you will be asked to leave the property after one warning. 

Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-noise policy between 10PM and 8AM. This policy is in accordance with legal requirements and aims to enhance the comfort of our valued guests and neighbours. 

Parking: There is a dedicated parking space available for you. Please refrain from parking on the internal road of the complex at all times. 

SERVICES

Housekeeping: Our team at the property is available for cleaning services between 9AM to 6PM.  

Change of linens: To contribute to environmental conservation, towels and bedroom linens are changed every two days during the cleaning period. If you require fresh linens or towels at any other time, please feel free to contact the villa attendant. 

Third party services: We have established exclusive partnerships with a select group of third-party vendors to offer top-notch concierge services, such as chef-on-call, adventure sports, yacht booking, masseurs / masseuses, villa decor services, taxi booking and rentals, among others. These vendors have been chosen based on exceptional guest reviews and past experiences. Please note that for security, any services provided within our premises must exclusively come from our curated list of trusted vendors. 

 Online Delivery Orders: For your convenience, you can order groceries or food through Instamart on Swiggy. When placing online delivery orders, please provide the Villa number and the booking person’s name only. The kitchen can be utilised for preparing or heating the food. 

BOOKING TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Guest ID Submission: We kindly request that all guests provide government IDs with both address proof and a picture. The IDs should be sent via email to koala@jaglaxhomes.com prior to check-in. Entry without the submission of IDs will be prohibited. 

Payment: To secure your booking, we require 100% payment of the booking amount at the time of reservation. 

Tax Invoice: You can collect your tax invoice upon check-out. If you require your company details and GST number on the invoice, please inform us during check-in. Please note that our invoice will only include CGST + SGST as our place of service falls in Goa. 

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit will be collected before check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out and after the damage assessment of the villa by our team. 

Property Damage: Guests are responsible for ensuring no damage to the property or violation of rules. If any damage occurs or rules are violated, the deposit will be used accordingly. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest must settle the difference before check-out. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in date are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 0-14 days before check-in date are non-refundable and forfeited. 

Personal Belongings: Jaglax Homes does not accept responsibility or liability for guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are solely responsible for their items, and we do not refund or compensate for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secure.
